This Billing Policy explains how subscriptions, payments, renewals, cancellations, and related billing matters work for ModelGlue.ai.
Subscriptions
ModelGlue.ai may offer free, paid, premium, business, reseller, or other subscription plans. Plan features, limits, pricing, and availability may change over time.
Paid plans may include access to additional conversation limits, agent features, model options, history tools, sharing tools, research features, or other premium functionality.
Billing cycle
Paid subscriptions are billed on the schedule shown at checkout, such as monthly, annual, or another stated billing period.
Unless cancelled before renewal, subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.
Payment methods
ModelGlue.ai may support one or more payment methods, including traditional payment processors, crypto payments, stablecoin payments, or other supported checkout options.
When using blockchain-based payments, the user is responsible for sending funds to the correct address, token, and network. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible.
Cancellations
Users may cancel their subscription through the available account, billing, or payment-provider controls.
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. Access to paid features may continue until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated.
Refunds
Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, payments already processed are non-refundable.
This includes subscription payments, crypto payments, stablecoin payments, reseller-related payments, and other completed charges.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, ModelGlue.ai may pause, downgrade, limit, or cancel access to paid features until payment is successfully completed.
Price changes
ModelGlue.ai may update pricing, plan names, or included features. When required, users will be given notice before price changes affect an existing paid subscription.
Taxes
Users are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or reporting obligations related to their purchases, payments, rewards, reseller income, or other activity.
WOTA and rewards
If ModelGlue.ai offers WOTA-related rewards, data contribution rewards, referral rewards, reseller rewards, or similar features, those programs are separate from standard subscription billing unless expressly stated.
WOTA rewards are not guaranteed, may depend on eligibility or approval, and may be changed, paused, or discontinued.
